Description

This De Ploeg fabric has a very high wool content, namely 70%, and scores high when it comes to wear resistance. Due to the high wool content, the fabric contains fine stretchable qualities that lend themselves well to round shapes. But what kind of substance is it? Feltwool is, as they call it, a felt-like wool.
For this innovative fabric, fibers are first dried, after which the material is then dyed in different shades. After the dye bath, the different colors are mixed together and then woven. Due to this way of developing fabric, the different colors come into their own subtly, yet clearly.
