Swedese is a Swedish furniture manufacturer founded in 1945 by the two brothers Yngve & Jerker Ekström and Sven Bertil Sjöqvist. This timeless furniture design brand has proven its own vision with time. The starting point is to create furniture for the future that is based on the foundations of Scandinavian modern traditions.

The Swedese Lamino was designed by Yngve Ekström in 1956. Typical for this chair is the firm seat that gets its comfort through the use of short-haired sheep's wool with a very dense fur structure. The high coat density ensures that the heat is retained and the body moisture is expelled. This keeps the muscles warmer, which can relieve back pain, bedsores or pressure ulcers.

These sheepskins are specially made for the famous Swedese Lamino. This means that the fur is rectangular and long enough to cover the Lamino. This is done with precision and craftsmanship with some excess to be able to upholster yourself.

All hides are tanned with mineral substances so that the leather remains fuller, softer and thicker.
